Set-Up An Account

To better serve our community’s fundraising efforts, Royal Oak Bottle Depot now offers Bottle Drive Accounts. Your organization may run a Bottle Drive with us and have an Account open at the same time or just open an Account for a certain time frame. This will allow people to donate to your Fundraising Cause directly at the Bottle Depot whenever it is convenient for them. All your supporters will need to do is:

  • Step 1: Bring their Empty Beverage Containers to Royal Oak Bottle Depot.
  • Step 2: Inform the staff BEFORE the order is counted that it needs to be applied to an Account by providing them with the Group Name and the Person in Charge of the Account.
  • Step 3: Please take a picture of the receipt or ask for a copy of the receipt for your records.
  • Step 4: Let your organization know that you have contributed to their Group Fundraising Efforts by providing a receipt to them.
